Le blé produit sur les plateaux de l’Allier, est entièrement concassé dans un moulin hydraulique datant de 1850 et restauré par un artisan local.
Description
Spécialisé dans la production de viande de vache Aubrac, nous produisons désormais également de la farine de blé 100% agriculture biologique.

Hello, I discovered the products of the Saint-Bonnet farm at the Marjolaine salon in Paris.The quality of the meat,... its tenderness, its taste immediately appealed to me immensely. Now I take advantage of the possibility of withdrawing a cassette of meat once a month in Paris. The presentation is perfect.
